Finding the ‘right’ therapist can be tough, and it’s important that you feel a strong connection with that person! I'm a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in evidence-based, goal-oriented treatment, and my practice focuses on the following areas: (1) OCD, anxiety, and perfectionism (2) LGBTQ+ issues, such as internalized homophobia, coming out, open relationships / non-monogamy, boundary-setting, and building healthy gay community connections (3) PTSD, trauma, stress, and life transitions My approach is active and practical. I aim to help you reduce symptoms, meet specific goals, and/or develop new skills to effect long-lasting change. I'm available weekdays (9am-5pm) for therapy in-person or via telehealth (if located in Florida or another "PSYPACT" state). Contact me to learn more!
